| How does an MYM eWorkshop work?
|
After registering you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a conference line number and a website link
to where you'll be able to see and hear the MYM eWorkshop.
Our online workshops include a PowerPoint presentation that you view in your Web browser while listening to the presenter
through your phone via teleconference.
During the workshop you'll be able to ask questions and interact with the presenter as you're lead through a series of tools
designed to teach you how to Monopolize Your Marketplace.
Each workshop lasts between 2.5 - 3 hours.

| The date's no good for me. When's the next workshop?

We regularly hold MYM eWorkshops - one to two a week on average. If you don't see a date that works for you, check back in
a few days as the schedule is updated weekly.

| How do I get access to the Free Bonus materials?
|
You can access the Free Bonus materials by clicking the Free Bonuses link you'll receive in your Free Bonuses email. The link will take you to a resource page where you can download all the bonus materials.

| Can I access the workshop through my firewall?
|
We do have some customers who struggle with the live feed of the workshop. For those customers we're more than happy to make a version of the
presentation slides available for download.

| How many people can I invite if I pay for one workshop?
|
One $99 'ticket' for the workshop buys one "seat" or connection for the event.
However, we encourage you to gather as many people as you'd like around a PC or projector to participate in the workshop together.
(This works because our costs are per connection not per participant.)
If you want people to participate from multiple locations, then you need to purchase additional "seats".

| I missed the workshop. Can I get a refund?

Of course, but before you request a refund, see if you can attend the next scheduled workshop. And if you can, contact us and we'll
move your registration to the new workshop date.
